Mercy and Clara Healthcare Ltd is a home care provider Based in Stoke-on-Trent. We deliver personal support within your own home and within your community. We we believe in a “no decision without me” approach for all of our clients. We will always provide a person centred service and meet the needs of every individual to provide the best possible care experience for you and your loved ones.
We offer visiting care from as little as 30-minute calls to assist with keeping on top of the housework and preparing your lunch, all the way up to full-time live-in care for more complex care needs or those who have a long-term health condition that requires round-the-clock support. There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to our care service, which is why we take the time to meet with you before your care commences and create an individualised support plan crafted entirely around you.
